During this visit, we take time to understand your daily routine, preferences, and any specific visual needs so we can recommend lenses that work with your lifestyle—not against it. Our team evaluates the shape and surface of your eyes to determine the best type and size of contact lens for you. In many cases, you’ll be able to try lenses during your appointment and may leave with trial lenses to test before making a final decision. We’ll also walk you through how to insert and remove your lenses, how to care for them, and how often they should be replaced. After the fitting, we follow up to make sure your lenses are comfortable and performing well, making adjustments if needed. Dr. Meagan Anderson is the lead optometrist at Modern Vision Solutions in Omaha, NE. She completed her Residency in Refractive Surgery and Primary Care and holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Optometry St. Louis, MO. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, American Academy of Optometry, and the Nebraska Optometric Association. Dr. Anderson has had experience in multiple refractive surgery and optometry practices. She has served as a teaching assistant in Clinical Optometry I, II, & III courses. Our patients love her incredible empathy.
